There are inherent dangers in the use of any software available for download on the Internet, and we caution you to make sure that you completely understand the potential risks before downloading any of the software. If you can't agree with any point in this disclaimer, you are not allowed to download or install this software.

Kevin & Kai Michael Semmler GbR grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Limitations of Liability

The Software available on this website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Use at your own risk. The use of the software downloaded on this site is done at your own discretion and risk and with agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities. You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection with any of the software. Modifications to the Game

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Game or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or make the Game available to any third party.

Kevin & Kai Michael Semmler GbR is the creator of the Game and is the owner of the Serfs brand as well as all content contained within the game.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by Us. We may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the software and delete all copies of the software.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
