If you have problems starting or running the game or it crashes, please submit the logfile to us.
The logfile is located at different places on different systems:
- Windows
The full path is: {SystemDrive}:\Users\{Your username}\AppData\LocalLow\K2Software\Serfs\Player.log
But you have to enable first that hidden files and folders are shown if you want to browse it manually.
Easier is it to copy this into the run window(Windows-Key+R to open) or into the file explorer address bar:
%appdata%\..\LocalLow\K2Software\Serfs
- Linux installed as snap (or via Software-Center)
~/snap/serfs/current/.config/unity3d/K2Software/Serfs/player.log
- Linux extracted from Archive
~.config/unity3d/K2Software/Serfs/player.log
